The Formal will be used to help raise much needed funds for the Club and for new players and their partners to be formally welcomed into the Service 'family.'

The event is open to all Club members and their partners (over 18s) and costs £40 a ticket which will include.....

Champagne reception on arrival
3 course meal
DJ for all ages

A deposit of £10 per person is required asap. This can be left at reception in the Pavilion in an envelope addressed to Stephen Powell, if not handed to him in person.

Stephen has proposed that we run a ballet for any prizes we can get our hands on. Stormont Hotel has already offered a free voucher for an overnight stay. Any other ballet prizes would be more than welcome, so get searching folks. Not only is this a fantastic way to kick off the season it will help with raising the profile of the Club and welcoming new players/members for the start of a new season.
