were the words that Captain Michael Murray roared to his men as a few periods of sloppy play allowed Ophir the advantage. Service rallied back with some phases of good play however more often than not conceeded possession through error.

Industry increased in the 2nd half as Service started to show their worth, runnning better lines and making the first up tackles. Ophir were on top of their game and were enjoying lots of possession in the Service half. Service defended strongly and bravely and it was in doing so that Captain Michael Murray went down injured. Effecting a tackle and attempting to steal possession immediately Michael was hit well by no fewer than 3 Ophir men. Once the bodies cleared Mick was found folded up on the floor or as the Ref put it, "sniffin' his nipples." Thankfully the official did not take offence to our quick whitted Captains reply of "well they smell better than yours sir!"

A quick rub from Borneo and much against the Referees liking Michael carried on until another tackle 5minutes later jarred his neck again and he was finally forced off the pitch.

Service rallied on down to 14 men and got another score. Their defence being tested stood strong with excellent tackles from centres Bogle and Bond helping to keep Ophir out.

Sadly though the damage was done and the sleepy mistakes at the start had cost Service on this ocassion.
